Precondition: Create a new Expensifail account on Web.

1. Open the Expensify app
2. Log in with the Expensifail account
3. Wait until the "Welcome to Expensify" modal appears

Expected Result:

There is no blank space between the Get Started button and the navigation bar.

There is a blank space between the Get Started button and the navigation bar.
