Onboarding - No magic code is received when validating account as private domain user

App Component: Other

Action Performed:

1. Go to https://temp-mail.org/en/
2. Keep deleting email until you get a private domain email from @agiuse.com, @lushosa.com or @bauscn.com
3. Copy the temporary email.
4. Launch Expensify app.
5. Enter the temporary email and log in.
6. Enter name > Continue.
7. Wait for magic code email.

Expected Result:

• On magic code page, there will be a message with count down for receiving magic code below the code field. (web, mweb, desktop and iOS behavior).
• User will receive magic code in the temporary email.

Actual Result:

• On magic code page, there is no message with count down for receiving magic code below the code field (Android app only).
• User does not receive magic code in the temporary email when signing up on Android app (Android and iOS).
• User only receives "Welcome to Expensify" email which is different from the magic code email (Android and iOS).
