Action Performed:

1. https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Create a workspace
3. Go to the workspace chat and create at least 3 expenses
4. Click on the carousel arrows

Expected Result:

Clicking the carousel arrows should navigate to the previous or next slide

Actual Result:

Clicking the arrows has no effect; the current slide remains unchanged.
