Action Performed:
- Go to staging.new.expensify.com
- Go to workspace chat.
- Submit two expenses to the workspace chat.
- Click Submit, Approve and Pay elsewhere.
- Go to Reports.
- Click on any of the paid expenses.
Expected Result:
Transaction thread will open (production behavior).
Actual Result:
The expense report opens.
The issue also happens when the report is in any state (unsubmitted, unapproved, unpaid).
