Avatar is shown as fallback and take time to turn into the "default"

This came up here, but I think maybe it was not addressed.

It takes some time to show the correct avatar and initially the avatar is greyed out with a "fallback" style.

Let's see if we can get it to always show correctly.

Users you never interacted with use the fallback avatar so that in the search list you don't see too many users that you can't tell if you know them or not.

If you initiate a chat with any, the avatar is not updated until after BE returns personal details. <-- I think we can change this part and optimistically set personal details as we are effectively interacting with the user. However the avatar will probably change (assuming BE does not take the optimistic account id into account)

Related to this bug, but if you refresh the chat you will get 3 avatars:

So there is one "real" member then some left over staging member.

Seems like mostly a backend issue. We will need to:

• Pass something like optimisticAccountID for the user we are inviting via a request
• Push out the personal details in the CreateMoneyRequest command
• Clear the optimisticAccountID in the response like we do for Group Chats

I am surprised that requests don't already work this way...

I haven't seen this again and still have no reproduction for it.

@fabioh8010 @pac-guerreiro might be able to help with this one. I remember it came up when we were testing, but not sure if we did anything about it.
