[Due for payment 2025-06-11] My reports are not showing the “Approve” report action in the search page/reports page.

Coming from here

1. I don’t see any reports to approve in my LHN.
2. If I go to Reports > and then select my saved search for reports to approve, it still doesn’t have any reports with an approve action.
3. But if I click into one of the reports, it shows it is ready to Approve.
4. If I click back to the reports list, it now shows approved.
5. If I then go to the inbox, it shows it with a GBR now.
