Follow-up improvement for the NewDot SignIn on HybridApp feature.

Sign in-"All caught up" briefly shown when sign in after the other account signed out from OD

Action Performed:

Preconditions: 2 verified gmail accounts needed - User 1 and User 2

1. Sign in to the iOS Hybrid app as User 1, switch to OD experience
2. Navigate to Settings and sign out.
3. Sign in as User 2

Expected Result:

User signed in, "Woohoo! All caught up" modal is not shown

Actual Result:

"Woohoo! All caught up" modal is briefly shown to the user when signing in to the app after the other account signed out from OD experience
