Action Performed:
Prerequisite: Have two accounts opened on two different devices or environments.
Prerequisite 2: User A has at least one workspace created.
- Open the Expensify app as user A.
- Navigate to "Workspaces"
- Open any workspace and tap on "Members"
- Invite User B as member.
- As User B, open the workspace chat.
- Submit a manual expense with negative account to it.
- As User A, wait until receiving a notification about the created expense.
- Note that the expense displays the expense with positive amount.
- Open the notification.
- Note that expense is correctly displayed as negative on report.
Expected Result:
When member of a workspace creates an expense with negative amount on workspace chat, notification received by admin, should display the amount with a negative sign on it.
Actual Result:
When member of a workspace creates an expense with negative amount on workspace chat, notification received by admin, displays the amount as positive. When notification is opened, expense´s amount is correctly displayed on report.
