Action Performed:
- Navigate to staging.new.expensify.com, sign in with a new gmail account
- In the "What’s your work email?" modal enter an expensifail domain email which does not have an account
- Click "Add work email" button
Expected Result:
The onboarding modal is displayed after entering a new expensifail email address as a work email
Actual Result:
"401 - Old domain is not controlled" error is shown after entering a new expensifail email address as a work email
