Action Performed:
Precondition:
- User A login using the Expensifail account that already connect to the bank account
- User B login to the Expensifail account
- User B start new chat with the User A
- Submit an IOU from user B to user A in 1:1 DM
- As user A, go to the 1:1 DM with user B
- Click the Pay the with Expensify > choose the Business bank account
- This moves the IOU to a workspace (via the bottom-up flow)
Expected Result:
Pay with Business bank account from IOU should be moved to the owned workspace, and only create a new workspace if do not have any workspace previously
Actual Result:
Pay with Business bank account from IOU always move to the new workspace
