Problem

When you upload dependent tags, we show the count both underneath the tags, and on the right hand side of the entry row for the tag level in the workspace editor:

This is redundant and not up to the spec in the design document. In the case of dependent tags, we do not want counts to show underneath the tag names for each tag-level row.

Solution

Remove the tag counts that appear underneath the tag level rows in the workspace editor.
