App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Submit an expense to the workspace chat.
4. Go to Reports.
5. Long tap on the expense.
6. Tap Select.
7. Tap dropdown button.
8. Tap Download.
9. Download the expense report.
10. Tap on the expense to reselect it.
11. Tap dropdown button.
12. Tap Download.

Expected Result:

Expense report will be downloaded.

Actual Result:

Nothing happens after triggering Download for the second time.
