@iwiznia, the canBeMissing was introduced in the middle of this PR creation. We did not encounter this error when the PR was merged, and it has already passed the regression period. Considering I have not worked on Expensify's repo for months and am currently unavailable to fix it, I believe it would be best to address this issue separately.
