[Due for payment 2025-08-13] [$250] "Unexpected error submitting this expense" shown when submitting receipt to boss

I am running through the CVP chore, and when I tried to submit an expense to my boss, the expense gave me "Unexpected error submitting this expense" - this seems like a pretty bad first impression, let's try to fix ASAP
