1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Create a workspace.
3. Go to Reports.
4. Click Filters.
5. Click Workspace.

Expected Result:

Workspace avatar will be displayed.

Actual Result:

Workspace avatar shows fallback avatar.
