Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Create a workspace.
3. Open FAB > Create report.
4. Go to Reports > Reports

Expected Result:

Workspace avatar on the report row will show the correct default avatar.

Actual Result:

Workspace avatar on the report row shows the unavailable avatar.
