Please re-state the problem that we are trying to solve in this issue.

Troubleshoot animation is not vertically centered within the top blue header area

What is the root cause of that problem?

We use getLightbulbIllustrationStyle to get the styles of lightbulb, this was added as part follow up part of #38594, at that time there were styling issues which lead to this function being created and styles being defined.

But later we updated Section component to display it uniformly across all the sections, but we did't update these styles and hence we see this styling bug:

We need to delete this illustrationStyle and also delete the style function:

getLightbulbIllustrationStyle() returns an empty object {}, providing no layout control.

What changes do you think we should make in order to solve the problem?

Replace the current illustrationStyle
