Action Performed:

  1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
  2. Create a workspace
  3. Go to workspace settings > Categories
  4. Click More > Settings
  5. Disable "Members must categorize all expenses"
  6. Delete all categories
  7. Add a custom category
  8. Go back to workspace list
  9. Go offline
  10. Click 3-dot menu on the workspace
  11. Click Duplicate Workspace
  12. Click Next > Continue
  13. Open the duplicated workspace
  14. Go to Categories

Expected Result:

The duplicated workspace will show the custom category

Actual Result:

The duplicated workspace does not show the custom category. It shows the default categories which are not in the original workspace
