Action Performed:

Precondition:

• Admin invites User B and User C to the workspace.
• Create a new approval workflow where User B submits to User C (approver).

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. [User B] Go to workspace chat.
3. [User B] Create an expense in the workspace chat and click Submit on the expense preview.
4. [Admin] Open workspace chat with User B.
5. [Admin] Open the expense report.
6. [Admin] Click More > Change approver.
7. [Admin] Click Bypass approvers, then click Change approver.
8. [User C] Open the workspace chat with User B.
9. [User C] Open the expense report and click More.
   → Hold option is not present in More option for approver after admin changed approver.
10. [User C] Go to Reports > Expenses.
11. [User C] Select the expense via checkbox.
12. [User C] Click dropdown button.
    → Hold option is only present when accessed from dropdown button in Reports.

Expected Result:

In Step 9 and 12, Hold option should be present or absent in both expense report and Reports for approver after admin changed the approver.

Actual Result:

In Step 9, Hold option is absent in the expense reports.
In Step 12, Hold option is present when accessed from dropdown button in Reports.
