App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

Prerequisite: Account has at least one workspace available.

1. Open the Expensify app.
2. Open any workspace chat.
3. Turn off internet connection.
4. Create a manual expense.
5. Open the just created manual expense.
6. Turn on internet connection.
7. Note that when the expense loads, report empty state is briefly displayed.
8. Tap on "More" and delete the expense.
9. Note that infinite skeleton loader is displayed after deleting the expense.

Expected Result:

Report empty state screen shouldn´t be visible when recovering internet connection after creating expense offline, and the user should be able to delete the expense and continue using the app correclty.

Actual Result:

Report empty state is briefly displayed when creating an expense offline and recovering internet connection while on report and infinite loading is experienced after deleting the expense.
