Action Performed:

Prerequisite: Account has at least one workspace available.

1. Open the Expensify app.
2. Open any workspace chat.
3. Create two or more manual expenses.
4. Open the report of the just created expenses.
5. Turn off internet connection.
6. Tap on "More" and select "Add Expense"
7. Tap on "Create Expense"
8. Create a new manual expense.
9. Once you land on report again, turn on internet connection again.
10. Note that after report loads, all the previously created expenses are highlighted instead of the last created one.

Expected Result:

When adding an expense to a report while offline and recovering internet connection, the only expense highlighted on report, should be the last created one.

When adding an expense to a report while offline and recovering internet connection, all the previously created expenses are highlighted instead of the last created one.
