Action Performed:

Prerequestie:

• Run Onyx.set('nvp_sidePanel', { open: true }) on console.

1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Open status page
3. Focus text input
4. Click the Help button to open the side panel.
5. Close side panel

Expected Result:

After closing the side panel, the text input should automatically regain focus, consistent as production behavior.

Actual Result:

The text input does not regain focus after the side panel is closed.
