[Due for payment 2025-10-09] Update Fullstory lib to 1.64

Problem

Fullstory is not able to correctly collect svg on Android. That's bad because we everything is visually broken on it.

Solution

Fullstory launched the newest version, 1.64, which contains a fix for that. Let's update and test it on android.

Updates:

• Reported two bugs in the PR with the Fullstory upgrade in iOS:
  • BUG: Errors on startup and crash in Magic Code screen
  • BUG: Instant crash when opening the app with logged in user
• I will test downgrading the Fullstory iOS library to previous versions, in the worst case we can try proceeding with only the upgrade in Android while keeping iOS in the older version.

• I sent to @danieldoglas an e-mail with the reported bug and all relevant info, to be passed to Fullstory team.
• Meanwhile I will downgrade the FS library version on iOS until I find one stable (or keep the before one, 1.61.0), so we can move with this PR without having to wait for these issues to be solved.
