Action Performed:
- Go to staging.new.expensify.com
- Go to workspace chat.
- Submit an expense.
- Open expense report.
- Click Submit and Approve.
- Click More > Reject.
- Enter reason and click Reject expense.
Expected Result:
Reject option should not be shown for an approved expense.
Actual Result:
Reject option is shown for an approved expense and it cannot be rejected.
