Action Performed:

1. Launch Expensify app.
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Submit an expense.
4. Open expense report.
5. Tap Submit.
6. Tap More > Reject.

Expected Result:

Reject expense educational modal content will be wrapped

Actual Result:

Reject expense educational modal content is not wrapped.
