Device used: Motorola MotoG60 / Android 12 / Chrome ( mWeb / Hybrid app) - Windows 11 / Chrome
App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

Prerequisite: Account has at least one workspace available.
Prerequisite 2: Delayed submissions and approvals enabled.

  1. Open the Expensify app.
  2. Open any workspace chat.
  3. Create a manual expense.
  4. Open the report of the just created expense.
  5. Tap on "More" and select "Reject"
  6. Enter any reason and reject the expense.
  7. Once redirected to report, turn off internet connection.
  8. Note that "Rejected this expense" system message, is displayed grayed out.
  9. Turn on internet connection again.
  10. Note that "Rejected this expense" is displayed with correct opacity again.

Expected Result:

When expense is rejected and user turns internet connection off, the "rejected this expense" message, shouldn´t be displayed with reduced opacity.

Actual Result:

"Rejected this expense" message, is displayed with grayed out everytime the user is offline.
