Action Performed:

Pre-condition: Have a workspace

1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/home
2. Go to workspace settings
3. Turn off internet
4. Tap 3 dots next to workspace
5. Tap duplicate workspace
6. Tap next
7. Uncheck categories section
8. Tap continue
9. Open the duplicate workspace created
10. Note categories section is not displayed
11. Go online
12. Note categories section is shown
13. Tap category
14. Note all categories displayed and toggled on although we unselect in step 7
    Or in online also bug reproduced

15. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/home
16. Go to workspace settings
17. Tap 3 dots next to workspace
18. Tap duplicate workspace
19. Tap next
20. Uncheck categories section
21. Tap continue
