Action Performed:

1. Log in with a new account and don't verify it with a magic code
2. Create a workspace as admin (via green "+" button)
3. Navigate to the Inbox tab and create an expense
4. Submit and Approve the expense
5. Navigate to the Reports tab > Pay
6. Expand the tab with information about the report (button next to the Pay Button)
7. Click the View Button - button not displayed in narrow layout
8. Click on the Pay Button > Pay with business account / Mark as Paid
9. Go back and repeat step 8
10. Check that the animation flickers in the background

Expected Result:

The wide RHP in the background should not animate in any way.

Actual Result:

When accessing the magic code modal via the SettlementButton in the wide RHP for the second time (and every time after that), the wide RHP animation flickers in the background.
