[Avatar Customization] Polish & Release to Users

Design Feedback & Polish:

This is an issue to track and wrap up any polish from #72542

1. Update Edit/Upload Buttons

When a user has an Expensify Avatar (whether default, initial, or F1) then the only button option should be Upload a photo

When a user has a photo uploaded, the button is Edit with the available options inside.

2. Make subheader not scrollable

Do you think the sub header should NOT be scrollable ?

@dubielzyk-expensify what do you think about the current scrolling behavior?

Originally I thought everything below the page header (Edit profile picture) would scroll, but it's also kinda nice that the current behavior keeps the big preview in view even if you select an avatar way down at the bottom—so I think I actually lean towards keeping the current scroll behavior. Wanted your thoughts though!

I'm still really confused why the first time you enter the flow with a default avatar the button says Edit:

And the second time you enter the flow with a default avatar the button says Upload photo:

Why is it different? Is this that whole default default thing?

OH haha. I think it's fine as is as long as @dubielzyk-expensify is down with keeping the preview & button fixed while scrolling 👍

@dannymcclain The letter avatars are actual images (although generated on the fly) uploaded same way as regular avatars due to multitude of combinations therefore there are treated same as if user uploaded an external image.

They can be a bit hard to distinguish from user uploaded image, but I got an idea. Not a perfect one but it should work. Let me know if you want me to change it and I'll do it tomorrow.
