App Component: Search

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Create an expense.
4. Open the expense report.
5. Click More > Hold.
6. Enter reason and save it.
7. Go to Reports > Reports.
8. Click Submit on the report row.

Expected Result:

The report will be submitted.

Actual Result:

The report opens and is not submitted.
