1. Launch Expensify app
2. Go to workspace chat
3. Create an expense without category
4. Go to Reports > Reports

Expected Result:

RBR will not cut off and violation will be shown when report row is collapsed

Actual Result:

RBR is cut off and violation is missing when report row is collapsed
