Action Performed:

1. Open the Workspace List page
2. Turn off the internet
3. Duplicate a workspace (without enabling Distance Rate)
4. Confirm the duplication
5. Open the duplicated workspace
6. Turn the internet connection back on

Expected Result:

Possibly the Distance Rate section should not be displayed in select features to copy

Actual Result:

Distance rate section checked and displayed in select features to copy, the Distance Rate section is displayed in workspace and, after turning the internet back on, the Distance Rate section becomes hidden.
