App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Create an empty report.
4. Open the report.
5. Click More > Export.
   → All Data - report level option is shown.
6. Go to Reports > Reports.
7. Select the empty report via checkbox.
8. Click dropdown button > Export.

Expected Result:

All Data - report level option will be shown.

Actual Result:

All Data - report level option is missing.
