Action Performed:

Precondition:

• User has a workspace as the owner - Workspace A
• User is a member of another workspace - Workspace B

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat A.
3. Create an expense.
4. Click Submit, Approve and Mark as paid.
5. Open the expense report.
6. Click More > Change workspace.
7. Select the invited workspace (Workspace B).

Expected Result:

The paid report can be moved without issue from own's workspace to invited workspace.

OR

Invited workspace should not appear in workspace list when changing workspace in Step 6.

Actual Result:

Error shows up when changing paid report from own's workspace to invited workspace.

Discussion:

• The question is whether a paid report should be able to be moved from one workspace to another
• Product thinks reports that were manually paid can be moved to another workspace by a workspace admin. Not too sure about ACH reimbursed reports, or reports exported to accounting.
• Need to test in Classic, as we'll follow that
