App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Navigate to staging,new.expensify.com
2. Create a new workspace
3. Submit two manual expenses
4. Open the expense report > Open one of the expenses in the report
5. While the expense RHP is opened, refresh the tab
6. Observe the background after refreshing the tab

Expected Result:

The expense report should be displayed in the background

Actual Result:

The expense report disappears from view in the background
