Device used: Mac 15.5 / Chrome
App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Create an expense.
4. Open the expense report.
5. Click More > Split.
6. Click Save.
7. Open any split.
8. Click Report field > Create report.
9. Go back to workspace chat.
10. Click on any of the report.
11. Click Amount field.
12. Click outside Edit splits RHP.
13. Might need to repeat Step 11 and 12.

Expected Result:

Edit splits RHP will dismiss smoothly

Actual Result:

Edit splits RHP shows sluggish animation when dismissing it.
