1. Launch Expensify app
2. Go to Account > Troubleshoot
3. Tap Switch to Expensify Classic
4. On Expensify Classic, tap + button

Expected Result:

There will be no empty liquid bubble after tapping + icon

Actual Result:

Empty liquid bubble is shown after tapping + icon

This repro'd for me when I built the production build locally, and it doesn't break any functionality, so I'm demoting it as not a deployblocker
