iOS - After cleared cache offline default page in Reports loads as extra layer

Action Performed:

1. Sign in as a new gmail account
2. Create a workspace
3. Navigate to Reports tab, select Chats
4. Turn on offline mode.
5. Go to the Troubleshoot page and clear the cache.
6. Go back to the Reports page and select the Expenses tab.
7. Go online

Expected Result:

The default section should be loaded (Approve for the WS admin, Submit for the member)

Actual Result:

The default section on Reports tab is loaded as an extra layer after clearing cache offline and going online
