Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat
3. Create two expenses with the same amount
4. Open the expense report
5. Do not open expense row
6. Click Review duplicates

Expected Result:

Review duplicates RHP will show duplicate expenses

Actual Result:

Review duplicates RHP is empty
