App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Create an expense.
4. Open the expense report.
5. Click More > Split.
6. Go to Amount tab.
7. Double click on any amount input.
   → The amount can be selected by double clicking.
8. Go to Percentage tab.
9. Double click on any percentage input.

Expected Result:

The percentage can be selected by double clicking.

Actual Result:

The percentage cannot be selected by double clicking.

Coming from #74652: I can look into it - shouldn't block deploy though.
