Expense - Unable to revert split when the amount is negative

App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Create an expense with negative amount.
4. Open the expense report.
5. Click More > Split > Save.
6. Open any split.
7. Click Amount field.
8. Click any split.
9. Click Remove split.
10. Click Save.

Expected Result:

User should be able to revert split by deleting split from Edit splits page (similar with non-negative expense).

Actual Result:

Error is shown when trying to revert split by deleting split and saving it.
