Action Performed:

1. Launch the Expensify app on an Android device
2. Observe the initial loading / splash screen

Expected Result:

App finishes loading and navigates to the Inbox or last-viewed screen

Actual Result:

App remains stuck on the loading splash screen indefinitely
App does not recover without force closing
