[Due for payment 2026-03-02] [Due for payment 2026-02-27] [Due for payment 2026-02-26] [Due for payment 2026-02-20] Add sentryLabel to Pressables

In the parent issue we created a way to tag INP events and send them to sentry, now let's: 
 
- Create an eslint rule for new components
- Migrate old ones where we want to test performance
