Feature Description

Update the Top Categories suggested searches to use the bar view:

• Update Top Categories query - src/libs/SearchUIUtils.ts - Add view: CONST.SEARCH.VIEW.BAR to TOP_CATEGORIES search definition in getSuggestedSearches()

Manual Test Steps

1. Go to Top Categories suggested Insight in the LHN
2. Results should show in a bar view
