Action Performed:

  1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
  2. Log in with new account.
  3. Create a workspace.
  4. Go to workspace settings > More features.
  5. Disable Categories.
  6. Go to Reports.

Expected Result:

Top categories section should be hidden when Categories are disabled.

Actual Result:

Top categories section is still shown when Categories are disabled.
