Action Performed:
- Go to staging.new.expensify.com
- Log in with new account.
- Create a workspace.
- Go to workspace settings > More features.
- Disable Categories.
- Go to Reports.
Expected Result:
Top categories section should be hidden when Categories are disabled.
Actual Result:
Top categories section is still shown when Categories are disabled.
