Bug source: Exploratory - Significant User Experience Deterioration
Device used: Mac 26.1 / Chrome
App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Create an expense with category and date from last month.
4. Go to Reports > Top categories.
5. Expand the category row.
6. Click View on the expense row.
7. Click Category and remove it.
8. Close the RHP.
9. Collapse and expand Uncategorized row.

Expected Result:

Uncategorized row will show the expense after manually uncategorizing it.

Actual Result:

Uncategorized row does not show the expense after manually uncategorizing it.
