Device used: Mac 26.2 / Chrome
App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

  1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
  2. Create a new account.
  3. Create a workspace.
  4. Go to workspace chat.
  5. Create two expenses.
  6. Open the report. Do not open any expense for now.
  7. Go offline.
  8. Bulk select both expenses.
  9. Click More > Edit multiple.
  10. Click Amount, enter amount and click Save.
  11. Click Save.
  12. Repeat Step 6 to 9 but bulk editing Description instead of Amount.
  13. Open any expense.

Expected Result:

Expense details page will not show skeleton loader after bulk editing expenses twice offline.
