App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Create a new Gmail account.
3. Complete onboarding.
4. Create a workspace.
5. Go to Reports > Reports.
6. Open FAB > Create report.
7. Close report RHP.
8. Open FAB > Create report.
9. Click Create report.

Expected Result:

New report RHP will open.

Actual Result:

New report RHP opens and closes.
