Receipt thumbnail on confirmation page not updated after replacing image

This change added thumbnail generation for receipts.

There's a bug where the thumbnail displayed on the confirmation page doesn't update if the user replaces or modifies the original receipt image, then returns to the confirmation screen. The previously generated thumbnail continues to show.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start the create expense flow
2. Select Scan and take a photo of a receipt
3. Proceed to the confirmation page — verify the receipt thumbnail displays correctly
4. Tap the receipt thumbnail to open it
5. Replace or modify the receipt image
6. Navigate back to the confirmation page

Expected behavior

The thumbnail on the confirmation page reflects the newly selected/modified receipt image.

Actual behavior

The confirmation page still shows the thumbnail from the original image taken in step 2.
