[No QA] Fix storybook

Storybook on main is broken and has the following error -

This PR fixes storybook by following this migration guide - https://github.com/storybookjs/storybook/blob/next/MIGRATION.md#from-version-62x-to-630

Why is this important?

1. I get lots of diff points. (800+ additions nice.)
2. Broken storybook is a blocker for testing PRs like Remove usage of setNativeProps #10934
